Pro Active Performance was built on the idea that training should have a purpose.

A space where athletes can develop speed, strength and resilience to perform at their highest level and where adults can train with that same intention to move better, feel stronger, and stay healthy long-term. What makes us different is how we blend athletic training and performance principles with real-life training. All of our programs, whether it is for a competitive athlete or an adult in small group or 1-on-1 training, is designed to build a body that’s not just fit, but capable. Every session has intent, every program has direction, and every client has a path forward. We focus on movement quality, strength development, and longevity. Brandon Rhodes

Founder

Owner of Pro Active Performance and a Doctor of Chiropractic at Pro Active Chiropractic, Brandon brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and high-level athletic experience to his work. He is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach, with a background rooted in performance training and competitive sports and has learned from some of the best strength coaches in the world. As a former four-year Division I baseball player at Florida Atlantic University, he understands firsthand what it takes to train and perform at a high level and most importantly, what it takes to transition that mindset into fitness and performance.

His experience shaped a philosophy centered on both recovery and long-term performance. As both a healthcare provider and strength coach, Being a healthcare provider and a strength coach, Brandon has the unique knowledge to bridge the gap between injury and performance by guiding individuals through their pain and limitations to strength, resilience, and long-term results. He has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from general population to high-level professional athletes. Whether the goal is returning from injury, improving performance, or simply moving and feeling better, Brandon’s focus remains the same by helping each person build a stronger, more capable, and more resilient body for life and sport.
